What was the challenge we faced?
Online portal Dawakosh.com displays Alternative Medicines, Remedies and offers online consultations to patients reporting health problems. The website was created to serve as an extensive listing of all 'Alternative Medicines' on the market. Navigation was very easy since medicines were arranged by Ailments, Categories, Brands, or Types of Medicines.We are still working on the product list, easy navigation, and buying concepts. By paying a fee, a buyer could consult an expert live on the web portal's 'Consult Our Experts' section.
The Resolution
After brainstorming the project requirements, the designers created a theme design that was clean enough to display the medicines and the required information while being easy to navigate.Registered buyers can save remedies in their accounts for future reference and administrators can post remedies and images in the 'Remedies' start a store to sell medicines section of the website.
I was faced with a major challenge when creating the 'Consult our Experts' section. In order to start a consultation, the buyer would have to choose a category. In order to begin, he would need to provide his information and submit a consultation fee. A consultant can also be enrolled and specified by an admin. An expert will be assigned to the booked consultation and a meeting will be scheduled by the admin.
